Q: Where do I log into my website to make changes?
A: Type in your website domain, the add “/login” after “.com” (or .net, .org) Example, enter this into your browser: www.YOUR-DOMAIN.com/login
Q: Why can't I access my website's editor even though I have the correct email address and password?
A: Many Apple Mac users are not able to access their website through the Safari browser because they are not using the latest operating system or browser version. The best solution if you cannot get Apple Safari to work is to download the Firefox browser for free.
Q: I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
A: Please fill out the form to the right and we'll send you a new password.
Q: Why am I not receiving my contact form submissions?
A: First, please check your junk folder to make sure it's not in there. If the emails are not in the junk folder, then try changing your email to a gmail or yahoo email address and send a test to yourself. We're constantly fighting to keep our contact form email delivery high, but we can't guarantee the form messages will be delivered to every address. That just isn't possible.
